It was my first time at Laurel Village Dental Loft- a close friend highly recommended Dr Bordow for Botox. I was very happy with all aspects of the experience- competitive pricing, warm, friendly and efficient staff, and Dr Bordow herself was very easy to communicate with and gave expert service . Just had my 1st visit w/ Dr Bordow & 2nd visit w/ Diana the hygienist. Jessica at the front desk is very welcoming. The dr and staff are very thorough and patient when explaining instructions or treatment plans. I definitely recommend their office to anyone, my dad and sister come to this office as well. I can't wait to see them next month :)
With what was obviously an infection under a tooth, and a 10 day trip beginning the following day, the staff at this office went to extraordinary steps to see me immediately and deal with my problem. Their understanding, sensitivity, and professionalism make this office a very special place.

Really great experience with all of the staff here, I had some teeth issues after falling off a bike and was extremely worried about my pearly whites. Dr. Bordow was extremely knowledgeable and put all my fears at ease, they did a thorough exam and explained everything that was going on in a calming way that I could understand.

I'm so happy with my smile after my dentist replaced my old silver fillings with tooth colored ones. The office staff is also great for sending text reminders, and they're really organized with billing and details.

I had a traumatic accident that resulted in an ER visit followed by treatment at a trauma center. While the medical side was addressed, I was left feeling completely overwhelmed about what to do next for my dental care. I was shocked, scared, and honestly had no idea where to turn.
Dr. Bordow was recommended to me by a friend who had spoken very highly of her for years, and reaching out to her ended up being one of the greatest reliefs during an incredibly difficult time. She responded immediately, saw me the same day, coordinated care with outstanding specialists, and clearly outlined a treatment plan from beginning to end.
What stood out most was not only her skill, but her compassion and calm presence. She is meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive, while also being genuinely sensitive to the emotional weight of an experience like this. She has also been exceptionally mindful of my aesthetic concerns, with an eye that goes far beyond technical expertise.
Dr. Bordow is truly exceptional at what she does, but just as importantly, she is the kind of person who makes you feel supported and safe when you need it most.
Love the team here! Our extended family goes there, plus my two best friends! Diana has been my hygienist for a few years and she somehow does the most thorough AND the most gentle cleanings I've EVER experienced. I wish I could give her six stars! The front desk team is also the best. Crizelle is a wizard at figuring out insurance stuff and recently was able to submit some REALLY expensive treatments the right way so the claim was covered. Plus everyone is so professional while still being accessible and nice, led by Dr Bordow's example. She always has all of the time in the world to discuss procedures and make sure there aren't any concerns, it's really reassuring if you're a nervous patient (ie all of us).
I have been a patient at this practice since 2016. The new space/location is definitely an upgrade. Dr. Bordow is an excellent Dentist. She is methodical, very meticulous and always explains what she is doing and why. I have sent multiple friends and colleagues to her. I always trust her recommendations and have the utmost confidence in her. The front office staff is equally amazing. Very responsive and they always follow up with either text messages or phone calls. I am so lucky to have her as my Dentist.
